Terry and Connie have dedicated their law practice to protecting the legal rights of individuals, families, and small businesses. They believe that everyone deserves equal treatment under the law and reasonable access to the judicial system. Protecting this right is their principle objective in every case they take.

Byrd & Byrd, LLP, is a locally owned general practice law firm serving clients in North Florida. Combining a blend of skills, Terry and Connie assist individuals in:

North Florida attorneys since 1998

Terry started the firm in 1998 to represent individuals injured in accidents or on the job. He had previously been an attorney for 10 years representing large insurance companies. In 2003, his wife, Connie, left her practice as a Florida Certified Public Accountant serving small businesses and joined Terry as his practice administrator and accountant. Connie returned to school for her law degree and joined the firm as an attorney after graduating in 2009.
