Social Security Disability
Have you been denied Social Security Disability benefits? You need to know your rights! If you have a physical or mental impairment that has lasted for a continuous period of 12 months or more and you cannot work, you may be eligible for Social Security Disability benefits. If you have applied for Social Security benefits and you were denied, you have 60 days to file a request for “reconsideration”. If your reconsideration is also denied, you then have an additional 60 days from the date of the denial to file an appeal and request a hearing. Once you have been initially denied Social Security benefits, you may hire an attorney to represent and assist you. If you have been denied, call us for a private, confidential consultation and learn more about your rights.
